Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Curera order. Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery — return shipping is free.

To start a return, email support@curera.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label.

Once we receive and check your return, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For hygiene reasons, opened items can't be returned. If your order arrived damaged or wrong, email us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
